Exceptional senior hires to drive B-Corp Garden Studios' accelerated growth

The Client : Garden Studios sought a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to be the right-hand person for Thomas Høegh (CEO), to lead a team of high-performing professionals and to be responsible for the day-to-day operational functions of Garden Studios.

The Challenge: 

This role required an exceptional professional to:

• Team goal setting, performance management, operations planning.

• Build a highly inclusive culture to allow teams to thrive.

• Lead effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, retention.

• Lead and enforce compliance.

Result: Former Sky Studios Director of Content Operations, Bee Devine was selected for this exciting role from an extensive list of candidates, bringing a wealth of premium production, operations, and technology experience as well as leadership and corporate transformation expertise.

A second search was carried out for Garden Studios to hire a new Non-Exec Director to join the Garden Studios board. Georgia Brown, former Head of Amazon Studios UK was selected from a strong list of candidates.
